The dimensions of the playing area are as follows:-

• The dartboard must be hung on a vertical surface with the centre of the bulls eye 1.73m (5ft 8in) above a point on the follow level with the surface on which the player is standing.
• The face of the dartboard must be 2.37m (7ft 9.25in) from the back of the oche.
• The oche (the throwing line) should be 610mm (2ft) across and should be 38mm (1.5in) high
